I've seen videos of guys doing woodworking use a custom jig and mount their router inside the tube. Unfortunately my schools shop is pretty limited when it comes to tools available and funding. I've got a way to locate the correct angle for the cbore relative to the other holes for drilling / cbore on the outside but I'm having trouble visualizing how to do the inside. Should I just set it up on the rotary indexer, come in through the top and sides and use really small stepovers to create a flat surface or is there a better way? The part in question
Any suggestions to make this easier would be greatly appreciated, thanks.
